Parkour is a fitness training method focusing on movement in both natural and urban environments. The purpose is to move over, under, around and through obstacles elegantly and efficiently. Parkour is not strictly defined by any particular workout or conditioning regimen; it is more about finding a way to keep improving and eventually reach your greatest physical potential. In addition to skill development, participants will take part in other fun-filled activities and games, culminating in an obstacle course challenge at the end of the week.>
